For reducing joke inquiry and for better service, we start reservation only after we receive paypal payment from you.

In case we could not arrange to your request at all, we refund all the payment to you.

Nature of our service

We arrange "tour" offered by agents in Vietnam, not simple booking service. So, we add our handling fee to the price.

But please understand and recognize that these tour agents and operators prepare economical compensation in case of accident based on the Vietnamese standard, and normally not enough for people from other countries.

PLEASE SUBSCRIBE INSURANCE FOR YOUR TRIP BY YOURSELF IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY.

WE CANNOT OFFER ANY COMPENSATION IN ANY CASE.
